Each activation key can only be used one time; however, you can gift the new order to another user from your Order History page within 7 days from activation.

NOTE: Before activating a key or gifting an item to another user, make sure that you are logged into your Fantasy Grounds account at http://fantasygrounds.com.

Activating A Product Key

  1. Click on the Store link from the menu at the top of the Fantasy Grounds website and selectActivate a Product Key

  2. Enter the activation key you received into the input field and click the Activate Key button

  3. You will be taken to a new page showing the product that was added to your account.

Gifting the Product You Just Activated to Another Account

  1. Click on the Store link from the menu at the top of the Fantasy Grounds website and select Order History

  2. Scroll down to the Ordered Items section. If you have a lot of items in your Ordered Items, you can use the Search field, or click on the Order Date header to sort most recent items first.

  3. Once you locate the items, click the Gift Order button. You will be taken to the Gift Order screen.
    There, you will enter the Fantasy Grounds username of the recipient.

  4. Once the username is entered, click the Confirm Gift button. You should then see a confirmation that the item was successfully gifted.

Each activation key is only redeemable once. If you attempt to activate a key a second time, you will see the following warning:
