Troubleshooting Common Causes for an Invalid License Key Terminated Subscription:
If you have a subscription, is it still active or is it showing as Terminated? All subscriptions must remain active for the duration of use.
Canceling the subscription will immediately terminate the license. Wrong License Type:
Fantasy Grounds Unity (FGU) requires a new FGU license key. You won’t be able to use a 1-time or subscription license from Fantasy Grounds Classic. Check your receipt to ensure that it lists Fantasy Grounds Unity. The same is true in reverse. |
