Problem

Fantasy Grounds is displaying errors.

Solution - Compile Logs for Review

Method 1 - Use Compile Logs Button

  1. Click the Hamburger menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Fantasy Grounds launcher.

2. Click Compile Logs and your logs will be downloaded to your PC.

Method 2 - Manually Gather Logs

  1. Locate your Fantasy Grounds directory folders. If you aren’t sure how to locate your files, you can click the folder icon located at the top left-hand corner of the Fantasy Grounds launcher.

  2. Zip the text files and send them to Customer support.

Method 3 - Use Chatbox

  1. Type /console in the chatbox.

  2. Click Compile Logs and your logs will be downloaded to your PC.

If you have errors, please send your logs when you contact Customer Support.
