How to Contact Support

You can contact Customer Support through the Fantasy Grounds Help Center:

Useful information to include

This information will help us provide a solution to you:

  1. We will assume that you are using Fantasy Grounds VTT (formerly Fantasy Grounds Unity) by default. If you are inquiring about Fantasy Grounds Classic, please see the following link before contacting Customer Support:

  2. Tell us whether you purchased on Steam, DMsGuild, or on fantasygrounds.com

  3. What Operating System you are using (Windows, Mac, Linux) and which version # of the OS if you have it

  4. What your FGVTT username is on fantasygrounds.com

  5. If you had an error, what steps did you take before you received the error.

  6. Screenshots of any errors you are received are helpful.

NOTE: If you are experiencing an error in Fantasy Grounds VTT, please disable all extensions and themes, then reload the campaign to see if the errors persist before contacting Customer Support.

Outdated extensions used shortly after FGVTT has released an update is the #1 cause of errors shown in the FGVTT Console window (shown below).
